The Program Steering Committee has commended the work done by MKURABITA Management during its three years of its tenure. In its concluding Steering Committee Meeting held at the Takwimu House in Dodoma, the Chairperson Hon Ambassador Daniel Ole Njoolay told the members that substantial achievements have been observed during His Chairpersonship and it's highly appreciated.

This Committee resumed its three year tenure in June 2018 and it is concluding on 30th June 2021. Among key achievements attained by MKURABITA under their guidance include the accomplishment of three Village Land Registry in Mbondo Village (Nachingwea), Kapyo in Mbarali and Inzomvu in Mpwapwa.

Similarly, MKURABITA managed to finalize the preparation and issuance of the certificates of Customary right of Occupancy (CCROs) in five (5) District Councils of Moshi Rural, Sikonge, Butiama , Rufiji and Utete along with the provision of training to the owners of the formalized farms equipping the with knowledge on ho to use their assets economically.
